The Old School House Rooms overlook the village green in the centre of Waterbeach which is situated about five miles north of the historic University City of Cambridge. The building itself was originally a Parochial Village School dating back to 1839 which was tastefully converted into a Guest house in 1993.
The bedrooms situated in the Old School House Rooms have been refurbished and upgraded.They are all comfortably furnishedwith quality linen, towels and luxury toiletries.All rooms have large en-suite shower rooms, multi channel smart TV's,premium hairdryers, free wi-fi and tea/coffee making facilities.There is also the added benefit of ample off road parking.

The famous Ely cathedral, Bury St Edmunds and the headquarters of horse racing at Newmarket are within easy reach.
